Right to Acquire may be exercised on our properties that were built or bought after 1st April 1997 with the assistance of Government funding. Tenants may also be eligible for a discount of up to £16,000 on the market value of the property. If the tenant then sells the property within 5 years they will have to pay this back.
Tenants need to have a secure or assured tenancy for 3 years and have met the conditions of the tenancy.
