We are looking for a Compliance & Administration Officer who thinks on their feet, in order to determine efficient and appropriate course of action. This individual must go the extra mile to ensure excellent service delivery and take our customers into the heart of all they do.

NLMHA was set up in 1988 and has developed into a significant provider of housing to meet the needs of the wider Community irrespective of race, gender, disability, belief, sexual orientation, age or socio-economic background.

NLMHA is a not-for-profit organisation which seeks to provide outstanding customer service. Managing over 900 homes in five local authority areas across North East London, we build thriving neighbourhoods and work tirelessly to transform the lives of our residents.

The overall responsibility of this post is to Provide Compliance & Administrative support for NLMHA. Maintaining our policies, procedures and other compliance related matters. Updating electronic and paper-based filing for reports, briefs and correspondence where requested. Human resources support dealing with recruitment, performance and absence management. The role also require you to undertake finance related tasks. They must have experience in working in a compliance, human resources and administration role.
